Who are we looking for?

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform in production environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Log Analytics
Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and tooling
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for simplifying and automating complex systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Very good English skills. German or French is a plus
Motivated to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare

not a must, but nice to have:

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration tools
Familiarity with RBAC, OAuth, Active Directory, or Azure AD
Background in infrastructure security, compliance, or cost management
Previous experience building internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems
