Min 2.5 years Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Tech-savvy; comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, task managers (e.g., Notion, Trello, ClickUp).

Core responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls with partners, clients, and team members. Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses when needed. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics. Support with project management—tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring tasks stay on schedule. Attend and take notes during meetings; follow up on action items. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents. Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and partners. Help organize team meetings, creative sessions, and company events. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.
