About the Position:
The Associate Trainer will have the responsibility of supporting the execution of the new hire training program, as well as supporting employees on the Ready for Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team is comprised of employees waiting to join their client team that have just completed new hire training or are in transition between clients. The position will be highly focused on providing feedback to new joiners, as well as delivering programs designed to foster a positive learning and work environment.
