B/E Aerospace, Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace has an opening for a Manager, Business Systems & Transformation in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a hybrid role; must work in the Winston-Salem, NC office two days per week; the remaining days can work from home. 5% national travel required.

What YOU will do

  • Responsible for oversight/management of ERP system and data migrations and integrations.
  • Work with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts to prepare them for loads, plan and execute mock data loads into test environment and plan and execute data loads into production environment and provide cutover plan.
  • Track, analyze, help to resolve issues. Identify and mitigate risks, close functional gaps and ensure a successful, sustainable implementation.
  • Understand business processes and bridge them to system implementations.
  • Communicate with management on any issues/delays that my impact go live.
  • Own and drive project schedules and deliverables that support project schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 8 years of progressive experience as a Data Conversion/Cutover Lead or related role within mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience as a Conversion/Cutover Lead or related role within mergers, acquisitions and divestitures would be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Development tools (i.e., Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, NER and C Business function, BI Publisher).
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in developing complex DSI programs that integrate with JDE World, EnterpriseOne and SAP (IM/WM module) for standardizing inventory processes in warehouse.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of complex SQL query writing experience using MS SQL query and SSIS toolset and developing SSRS reports.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience creating development reports, Windows server administration and software administration for the JDE Insight Reporting software.
  • Non-US Person - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.

The salary range is $122,907.00 to $203,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
