We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role requires availability on Saturdays.

What you'll do

Developing and optimizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Monitoring the daily live operation to ensure smooth package transfer and deliveries, problem-solving issues and last-minute challenges as they arise.
Communicating with teams in different cities to coordinate and resolve routing and package issues.
Acting as shift lead on Saturdays: monitoring external partner logistics and delivery on Saturdays, being the first point of contact for the operational team.
