Position: Remote Scheduling Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of team meetings and appointments.
- Utilize scheduling software to maintain and optimize calendars for team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather scheduling preferences and availability.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts by negotiating alternative meeting times and locations.
- Assist in tracking project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all parties are informed.
- Compile and distribute meeting agendas and materials in advance of scheduled meetings.
- Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.
- A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with an understanding of confidentiality in sensitive matters.
