As an
HR/Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations team with administrative, operational, and recruiting tasks. You will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. Your responsibilities will include managing HR data, assisting with recruiting efforts, handling candidate and employee communications, and supporting various HR/recruiting initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain HR data, including employee records, benefits information, and compliance documentation
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes for initial qualifications, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Manage and maintain candidate data, including resumes, interview feedback, and compliance documentation
- Support onboarding for new hires, including data processing, answering new hire onboarding questions and improving the overall process
- Assist with employee relations tasks, such as addressing employee inquiries and providing support for HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Cross-functionally collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR/recruiting operations
- Perform other HR and recruiting-related duties as assigned to support the team
Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years proven experience in an HR support role
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems - Bamboo, ADP, Greenhouse and Lattice
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a customer-facing role within software and/or technology
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance
- Experience with systems integration
- Understanding of data management and reporting
