Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health and decision-making processes of the company by preparing accurate monthly management accounts, performing key reconciliations, and conducting financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UK-based accounts and a solid background in accounting operations, particularly using Oracle NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including:

Prepayments and accruals
Fixed assets management
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Expense tracking
Partial purchase ledger involvement
Customer and supplier rebates

Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks such as:

Gross profit and sales analysis
Cost and variance analysis

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to UK accounts
Proficient in Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
Proven experience in an accounts department
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with general accounting software
Familiarity with the building/construction industry is a plus.

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 85,000 depending on experience
