The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Growth Strategist to join our team and lead the charge on paid media execution and strategy across client accounts. You’re a storyteller and a strategist, equally fluent in data analysis and creative direction. You know how to craft a clear narrative from performance data, manage large budgets with precision, and translate strategy into measurable wins.

What You’ll Do

  • Own paid media strategy and campaign execution for e-commerce clients

  • Act as the primary client-facing strategist for your accounts

  • Manage ad spend of $100K+/month across Google and/or Meta platforms

  • Build creative briefs and collaborate on creative direction for 1–2 clients

  • Understand and apply creative best practices—formatting, trends, testing methodologies

  • Use tools like Motion for creative analytics and tagging

  • Analyze performance, extract insights, and present actionable next steps

  • Stay ahead of platform updates (Google, Meta) and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Leverage attribution platforms like TripleWhale or Northbeam alongside GA and Shopify

  • Drive customer acquisition strategies through full-funnel paid media campaigns

  • Contribute to team growth by sharing your expertise and mentoring others

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, agency and/or in-house

  • Deep platform knowledge in Meta and/or Google Ads (must know your way around both platforms, but specialty in either one is okay)

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role

  • Proven experience managing large budgets ($100K+/mo) on Meta and/or Google

  • Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn) is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills paired with strategic thinking

  • Eagerness to expand your knowledge in areas like CRO, email/SMS marketing, and business analytics

This is a fully remote position. Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000.
