Job description

LANGUAGE ACCESS ADMINISTRATOR 
 

The language access oversees implementation of the following tasks: 

  • Develop action plans to increase productivity. 

  • Outline measures to ensure quality and interpreters performance. 

  • Maintain a regularly updated date base of all interpreter’s productivity.  

  • Oversee personnel and performance of interpreters. 

  • Data analysis and report writing. 

  • Comply with KPIs. 
     

Desirable qualifications: 

  • Strong English skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI. 

  • Effective communication and organizational skills. 

  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 


    Education: System Engineer, Bachellor Degree in English Language, Bachellor Degree in Computer Science.
