Security Mobile Patrol Officer in Middlesbrough
Vistech Services are seeking an experienced Mobile Patrol Officer to join our existing team. This role is a key role in supporting our customers and security officers and will work in conjunction with our Control Room Operatives.
The control room will deal with calls from our customers and colleagues whilst the Mobile Patrol Officer will carry out onsite visits, safety checks and complete regular reviews.
Pay rate £13.31 per hour
You must be able to commute to 5 Linthorpe Road.
Key responsibilities:
Representing Vistech Services, supporting our customers and staff members across the North East
Conducting mobile patrols and responding to any alarms
Securing customer properties (unlocking and locking premises)
Completing all necessary paperwork
Conducting KPI checks
Internal auditing
Supervising staff
What we need from you:
Excellent customer service skills face to face with customers and staff members
Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Able to work on own initiative
Computer literate
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads (dealing with calls and onsite activity)
Ability to deal with issues and incidents in a professional manner
Working in a busy environment and be confident in dealing with challenges that may arise
Person Specification:
Must have an SIA Licence
Must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 3 points (insurance purposes)
Must be flexible to cover for absences within the self-contained role
Reasonable level of fitness
Be required to be vetted to Police standards which includes a clean DBS
Employment details:
Hourly rate of £13.31 per hour
Contracted to 36 hours per week
Four week rolling rota pattern
Mixture of days and nights, must be flexible
Overtime available
Licences/certifications:
First Aid Certification (preferred)
SIA Licence (required)
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
