We are looking for a proactive and passionate Recruiter to join our expanding team. You’ll play a key role in finding and attracting top talent across Latin America, helping build high-performing teams that drive our mission forward. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (sales, operations, admin, tech, etc.)
  • Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, and creative outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads
  • Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in our hiring system
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
  • Continuously improve and streamline the hiring process
  • Represent our values and company culture in every interaction

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Spanish, conversational English required
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting with people
