In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our dispatch operations using Towbook software to ensure timely and effective towing services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with dispatching in the towing industry.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance services.
Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and reason for service.
Utilize Towbook dispatch software to enter, track, and manage service requests accurately.
Dispatch tow trucks and service personnel based on urgency and availability.
Monitor the status and location of tow trucks to ensure prompt responses.
Maintain communication with customers regarding estimated arrival times and service updates.
Document all service interactions and maintain accurate records within Towbook.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with drivers and team members to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a dispatcher, specifically in the towing or roadside assistance industry.
