Job description

Salary: $900 USD/month
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (must have or be able to open a Payoneer account)

About the Role

Otepolo Group is seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our internal systems, and supporting our LATAM-based team in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely
  • Support users with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Manage access, users, and security configurations within the Google Admin Console
  • Support and manage CRM platforms (e.g., permissions, integrations, technical troubleshooting)
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires (email creation, access setup, etc.)
  • Monitor and improve overall IT system health
  • Keep a detailed log of incidents and resolutions
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth IT workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or similar technical roles (remote support experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Admin Console
  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with diagnosing network issues (VPN, connectivity, router setups, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and patiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Must have a Payoneer account or be eligible to open one
