RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Desenvolver soluções de ML fim a fim: da concepção e modelagem até o deploy em produção;
• Automatizar ciclo de vida de ML: implementação e manutenção de pipelines no SageMaker para orquestração de treinamento, validação e deploy;
• Otimização contínua de modelos: realização de análise exploratória de dados, alinhamento com requisitos de negócio e monitoramento de métricas de desempenho;
• Mentoria técnica: acompanhamento e orientação de profissionais Júnior em atividades de ciência de dados e MLOps;
• Integrar modelos via APIs: criação de funções em AWS Lambda e exposição via API Gateway para integração com sistemas legados e novas aplicações;
• Desenhar arquitetura de soluções de ML: definição de infraestrutura, fluxos de dados e melhores práticas em conjunto com o time de arquitetura do cliente.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• AWS: domínio de SageMaker (treinamento, tuning e pipelines), Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway e S3.
• Modelagem de dados e ML: experiência em criação, treinamento e validação de modelos tradicionais (principalmente regressão e classificação).
• MLOps: boas práticas de automação de processos (CI/CD), versionamento de dados e modelos, monitoramento e re-treinamento programado.
• Arquitetura de soluções: capacidade de propor e documentar arquiteturas escaláveis e seguras, considerando custos e performance.
