Role requirements
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
You’ve managed at least 30 client accounts
You’ve achieved 15–20% average annual client growth
You’ve managed at least 3 accounts with €100k+ ad spend
You’ve managed 3 accounts in the push (paid social) segment
You conduct regular client update calls and take care of weekly reporting
You create strategic frameworks and map out the client’s growth roadmap
You guide clients from their current state toward their target performance state based on our client's performance frameworks
You lead communication within (cross-functional team)
You coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams
You mentor and lead performance managers and are responsible for your clients’ growth
You develop deep client understanding, including financial and strategic context
You include controlling and financial performance—optimizing for net profit, not just Google Ads KPIs
