This is a remote position.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week with potential to scale to full-time)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Campaign Manager with hands-on experience managing both Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. This role will focus on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI through paid media initiatives. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of campaign execution, performance monitoring, and continual optimization. The position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms

  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

  • Track campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizations

  • Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and messaging with campaign objectives

  • Generate and present weekly performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations

  • Maintain alignment with industry best practices and the specific needs of B2B tech marketing

  • Stay updated with changes in ad platforms and emerging trends in paid media


Requirements
  • Proven track record managing successful campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies for B2B audiences

  • Proficient in performance tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly creative and strategy

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute autonomously

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working remotely and available during Israeli business hours (Sunday–Thursday)
