JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a passionate UX/UI designer to join us during an exciting growth phase. You'll team up with our Senior Product Designer to tackle complex, data-heavy interfaces in creative ways. We're all about fresh perspectives and innovative solutions, so you'll be hands-on throughout the entire product lifecycle – from initial concepts to final delivery. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams, you'll help shape user-focused features while bringing your own creative flair to the table.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Creation

Turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through design
Create seamless experiences while keeping our design system sharp
Drive consistency of patterns across different workflows and user scenarios
Design and maintain global patterns as part of our design system

Research & Innovation

Chat with users, gather insights, and turn their feedback into improvements
Help guide our product direction with user-centered thinking

Collaboration

Work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring designs to life

Requirements

More than 5 years experience in the field of UI/UX
With a portfolioshowcasing UI/UX design skills for digital products
Strong proficiency withFigmaandprototypingtools
Deep understanding of design thinking and user-centered principles
Experience with research methods and applying insights throughout the design process
Ability to design with a product-growth mindset across the entire lifecycle
Experience designing for B2B or enterprise software
Interest in GRC and cybersecurity
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
BasicHTML/CSSknowledge
Knowledge about UX patterns for AI-based systems
Self-starter with excellent team communication
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven approach to user experience design
Passion for creating measurable design impact
Design-related degree or equivalent experience
