Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday,  9pm -6 am Eastern Time (10 pm - 7 am Manila Time)
  • Includes 1hr unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Optimize and implement financial controls and operational procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance.
  • Proficient in advanced accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Zoho) and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
  • Proven ability to oversee larger-scale business accounting and provide actionable insights.
