Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9pm -6 am Eastern Time (10 pm - 7 am Manila Time)
Includes 1hr unpaid break

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries.
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
Optimize and implement financial controls and operational procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance.
Proficient in advanced accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Zoho) and financial analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about financial processes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
Proven ability to oversee larger-scale business accounting and provide actionable insights.
