This is a remote position.

Role: Web Developer

Flexible schedule but with some overlap with 8am-5pm Eastern Time Zone

Part Time - 20 hours per week

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically versatile specialist to take ownership of our website rebuild. You’ll work directly with the business owner to understand goals, propose tech solutions, and bring everything to life — from a redesigned web presence to automated customer journeys. Ideal for a “jack of all trades” who’s confident across web development, CRM automation, and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

Rebuild and redesign the company website to improve functionality, appearance, and performance
Assess and optimize our current web platform — or migrate to a new one like WordPress, if more suitable
Collaborate closely with the business owner to define priorities and deliver solutions quickly
Provide performance reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements
Offer post-launch technical support and scalable systems management
