Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to build and continuously enhance a new website using Squarespace and similar CMS platforms
  • Create engaging social media content and develop comprehensive content strategies, leveraging AI tools for enhanced creativity and efficiency
  • Design compelling graphics and visual marketing materials using Canva to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Systematically organize and manage large volumes of digital assets, including professional photograph collections, ensuring optimal categorization and accessibility
  • Participate in regular strategic meetings, initially daily 30-minute check-ins transitioning to bi-weekly collaboration sessions
  • Support and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and online engagement
  • Work independently on assigned projects while maintaining excellent communication and delivering results on schedule

Requirements
  • Proven experience in website design and development, with specific expertise in Squarespace and similar content management systems
  • Strong background in social media marketing with demonstrated success in content creation and audience engagement
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation
  • Marketing foundation with deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for digital asset management
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication and meeting deadlines
  • Availability for morning meetings (approximately 10 AM client time) with flexibility for other work hours
