Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional cold calling campaigns to realtors to generate new business relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between the lender and real estate professionals
  • Build and nurture ongoing relationships between the lending team and realtor network
  • Re-engage past clients through strategic outreach calls to explore new opportunities
  • Identify and present refinancing opportunities to previous clients
  • Assess client needs when they’re selling current properties or purchasing new ones
  • Provide information about various mortgage services and financing solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Support business development initiatives through consistent relationship management


Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory - Native Spanish speaker
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in virtual assistant, sales support, or customer service roles
  • Strong cold calling and appointment setting experience with proven results
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience in client re-engagement and relationship nurturing strategies
  • Knowledge of real estate and mortgage processes strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Experience serving Spanish-speaking clientele is highly valued
