C.H. Robinson is seeking a Software Engineer II on our LTL Tech divisional team. You will be responsible for delivering solutions to our business users to help them efficiently and effectively manage their freight network. In this role, you will evaluate requirements, estimate tasks, and write codes that meets performance, quality, business, and security objectives. You’ll collaborate with other software engineers and product managers to solve complex problems, improve our development processes, and stay current with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
As a Software Engineer II, you take on more ownership in the development lifecycles. You’ll help shape technical solutions, continuously improve our engineering practices, and receive mentorship from more experienced engineers. This is an especially great opportunity for those with a passion for AI and software development to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.
This position is open to candidates located in Minneapolis, Chicago, or Kansas City. In this role, you will engage with your peers from the comfort of your own space, using cutting-edge tools to ignite creativity and deliver impactful results. Compensation Range
$75,900.00 - $168,500.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
