Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to further strengthen the success of “meviy”, our 3D on-demand manufacturing service, in the European market.
"meviy" is a next-generation manufacturing platform that enables companies to receive instant quotations simply by uploading their 3D CAD data. It streamlines the entire manufacturing process fast, digital, and efficient.Become part of our multinational team of around 300 employees representing over 33 nationalities across Europe. Your role and responsibilities:
  • You analyze the market and our competitors (SWOT, GAP) to identify new opportunities for our on-demand manufacturing service “meviy” in the European region.
  • You monitor the performance of our product line and implement targeted improvements based on the needs of CAD users.
  • You collect customer feedback, conduct interviews, and develop innovative ideas to further enhance our product portfolio.
  • You plan and support new product launches – from the initial concept to successful go-live.
  • You utilize BI and RPA tools to analyze data, optimize pricing strategies, and make processes more efficient.
  • You work closely with our Japanese headquarters, track relevant KPIs, and create forecasts for future product developments based on internal and external data
Your profile
  • You have a completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, product development) or a comparable education with strong practical experience.
  • You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in product development or technical project management, ideally within the industrial sector.
  • You possess solid CAD skills as well as a deep understanding of mechanical components, materials, manufacturing processes, and design standards.
  • You work analytically and confidently with large datasets, BI tools (e.g., Domo), and RPA technologies (e.g., Python-based crawlers).
  • You have very good knowledge of the European market and experience with international or global projects.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working in an international environment, nice to have Japanese.
