Job Title: Medical Claims Compliance Assistant (Remote)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time (Weekends as needed)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Medical Claims Compliance Assistant to support our client in managing denied insurance claims and ensuring compliance processes are followed precisely. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and values time efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze denied insurance claims using internal software tools

  • Call insurance companies to resolve and follow up on denied claims

  • Ensure compliance protocols are followed and errors are not repeated

  • Navigate and retrieve information from the company’s software (claims, compliance, QA, and staff records)

  • Communicate daily with the client during morning and end-of-day meetings

  • Proactively identify and correct recurring issues in claims and compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking of claim activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in claims processing, insurance follow-ups, or compliance roles

  • Fast thinker and quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and general computer systems

  • Highly efficient with strong time management skills

  • Self-starter who works well independently

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement

  • Must be open to weekend work if requested (advance notice will be provided)

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote

  • Must be available for daily check-ins (start and end of day)

  • All resources and information are provided via company software
