About the Role

As the Global Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring the Workday system to support both break/fix and enhancement needs of the business for Compensation (Core and Advanced) globally.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
  • Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday
  • Assist in testing of integrations, security, and annual events
  • Maintain master data values in Workday for Compensation (Core and Advanced)
  • Act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the right technology solutions to meet strategic business initiatives
  • Serve as an SME and work directly with functional owners and review information to ensure data integrity; edit input documents for accuracy and monitor output for system issues
  • You will not have any direct reports but will work with a global team of approximately 18 members

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management or other HR systems, preferably across multiple areas
  • A strong understanding of Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain Workday certification in the specified SKU, if not already certified
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization and communicate at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a preferred concentration in Business, Technology Services, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Workday certifications
  • Compensation and/or payroll certifications
  • Working knowledge of all Workday modules, including areas not specific to this role (e.g., Core HCM, Talent Management, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.)

  • This role is eligible for working remotely
