Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Virtual

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects for government clients as well as drive profitability through effective P&L management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, managing activities across multiple teams and locations.

Client Interaction: Serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.

Project Oversight: Develops detailed monthly status reports, reviews project deliverables, and ensures adherence to quality standards.

Team Coordination: Directs efforts of cross-functional teams, including contractors, to achieve project goals.

Performance Monitoring: Tracks and reviews contractor performance, integrating tasks and managing conflicts.

Resource Management: Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

P&L Management: Take ownership of program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
