Remote Mental Health Therapist
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This opportunity allows licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) to deliver personalized care through a secure telehealth platform. You’ll be working with clients across West Virginia, helping them navigate life’s challenges in a fully virtual setting. The position is ideal for those who value consistency, clinical autonomy, and the flexibility of working from home.

Key Functions:

• Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment direction
• Deliver ongoing individual or group therapy sessions
• Adjust plans as progress is made or needs change
• Keep documentation accurate and timely
• Coordinate with outside providers when necessary for holistic care

Requirements

• Active WV license (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW)
• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
• Previous clinical or telehealth experience
• Confidence using EHR systems and video platforms
• Ability to balance structure with a personal therapeutic style
