Job Description

This is a full-time remote Product/Project Manager position. You will facilitate collaboration between our operational team (working PST hours, California) and our technical team (working Eastern European hours), focusing on back-office optimisation—integrating internal systems, linking key tools, and automating everyday workflows.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management, Operations Coordination, or similar roles

  • Experience with Jira, Monday, or similar

  • Fluent English (C1+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusians, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and most interactions with the US-based team are in English)

  • Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours (ideally based in LATAM or comfortable aligning with US working hours)

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience integrating internal tools and collaborating with back-office / billing teams

  • Ability to draft API logic, coordinate internal automation workflows, and document decisions clearly

  • Experience with Zendesk (ticket workflows and basic integrations)

  • Familiarity with payment systems such as Stripe or Shopify
