Job description

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is currently seeking a skilled individual to take on the role of Skyswitch Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Skyswitch VoIP platform to ensure effective communication solutions for our clients. Your expertise in this technology will be essential in providing high-quality service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration and integration of Skyswitch services within our existing communication infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the Skyswitch platform.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and updates within the Skyswitch system.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use and capabilities of Skyswitch services.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and protocols related to Skyswitch.
  • Stay current on new developments and enhancements in Skyswitch technology.

Requirements

  • Experience with Skyswitch VoIP platform or similar cloud-based telecommunication services.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP systems, protocols, and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in managing and configuring VoIP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and configuration.
  • Desirable to have certifications related to VoIP technology or telecommunications.
