ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter for our Carpet Cleaning division, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for our carpet cleaning services. Your role will involve contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and securing appointments for our technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers via phone or email to promote our carpet cleaning services.
  • Engage in effective communication to explain our services, answer customer queries, and address any concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for carpet cleaning services using our appointment management system.
  • Coordinate with our carpet cleaning technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and make any necessary changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointment schedules and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and strive for customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively address their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple appointment schedules.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with appointment management systems or CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
