Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Market Research Intern to support our market research efforts. In this role, you will conduct outbound phone surveys with businesses to gather insights about their current technology usage and adoption trends. This is a non-sales, purely research-focused position no product pitching, demos, or selling is involved.

Responsibilities:

Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to companies across various industries.

Accurately record responses and maintain data quality in internal systems.

Communicate professionally and represent our organization with clarity and neutrality.

Provide regular updates on progress and share feedback on outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

Prior experience in survey calling, customer interaction, or call-based internships is an advantage.
