We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our client's team.

We are one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in our region. Together, we are building a new European standard for digital payment management in the automotive sector. Since our founding several years ago, we have been optimizing payment processes in this industry with our proprietary platform. Our solution automates, digitizes, and simplifies the entire receivables process—from invoicing and dunning to data transfer into financial accounting systems.

This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) with the availability to travel across Europe.

Holds a degree in Computer Science or has equivalent professional experience.
Brings at least 6 years of software development experience.
Demonstrates strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js.
Possesses advanced knowledge of system architecture, networks, and IT security.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

Lead development tasks, prioritize requirements, and provide technical mentorship to foster team growth.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable interfaces and internal systems using a modern tech stack (NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB).
Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, clients, and other stakeholders to create optimal technical solutions.
Uphold and enforce high standards of code quality through best practices and regular code reviews.
Manage the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of the Linux system infrastructure.
Design and present technical architecture to clients and internal teams, providing support both remotely and on-site.
Conceive and develop internal tools to enhance and automate business processes.
