We’re hiring a commercially-minded Account Manager to lead a critical transition phase for our global client base. In July 2025, TestGorilla is launching its 4th Generation platform — a major evolution from standalone assessments to a full sourcing and evaluation solution. This shift comes with a new usage-based pricing model and expanded feature set.
Your mission? Take ownership of a portfolio of ~150–200 accounts, including strategic global enterprises, staffing firms, and BPOs. You'll drive adoption of the new platform, migrate clients off legacy plans, and help scale consumption across our new solution suite. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and operational efficiency — knowing where to go deep and where to scale using automation. You’ll work in tight partnership with Customer Success to create seamless transitions, unlock value, and grow NRR.
