Our client is looking for a skilled SEM Specialist to join their dynamic team. They are a leading performance marketing agency specializing in e-commerce, known for driving exceptional growth for their clients through data-driven strategies. Over the past few years, they have scaled multiple brands to 7- and 8-figure revenues, leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing techniques.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented, results-driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve campaign efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align SEM efforts with broader marketing goals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.



Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEM experience, preferably in e-commerce or performance marketing.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

  • Highly data-driven, with expertise in tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaigns.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.

  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
