Job description

Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

As the Operations Associate at Wheely, you will have the opportunity to lead the charge in acquiring and ensuring quality among our top-rated chauffeurs. You will play a crucial role in improving our business performance in France and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement best practices for acquiring and ensuring quality among Wheely chauffeurs
  • Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey
  • Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline
  • Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experience
  • Act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with our chauffeur community
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements in the sector and ensure that they are met
Requirements
  • Experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering creative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using BI tools; SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in working on large-scale recruitment processes with the ability to efficiently source, screen, and qualify high volumes of chauffeurs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage chauffeurs at scale while maintaining a personalized approach
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence with a customer-centric approach

  • This is an office-based role located in Paris. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
