This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in superannuation, life insurance, and/or personal injury claims management to join our Life & Casualty business unit.
The Case Manager is responsible for managing claims on behalf of our superannuation fund clients, including the distribution of death benefits and management of disablement claims such as Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Terminal Illness. This role ensures that members' funds are accessible in cases of disability before retirement and are appropriately distributed to beneficiaries upon death.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week once you complete training.
