Social Media Director (VA)

Social Media Director (VA) We’re hiring a part-time Social Media Director VA (Philippines) to lead our LinkedIn strategy (80% focus) and oversee our Facebook/other social presence (20%). This leadership-level role engages aviation professionals (flight schools, pilots, airline execs) with innovative, compliant outreach. You will shape our social campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • LinkedIn Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect daily with key aviation decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Use company-managed accounts only; never share personal login credentials.
  • Follow LinkedIn’s policies for organic, authentic engagement.
  • Content Strategy & Copywriting: Plan LinkedIn content and maintain a posting calendar. Craft professional, on-brand posts for pilots, trainers, and executives. Ensure every post reflects Custom GPT’s voice and values and meets industry/platform compliance requirements (accurate, clear, and on-message).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze LinkedIn performance monthly, tracking metrics like followers, engagement, click-throughs, and leads. Use LinkedIn’s native analytics and approved third-party tools to produce KPI reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage our Facebook (and other) social pages. Repurpose LinkedIn content as appropriate, maintain consistent messaging, and respond to comments or messages professionally. Ensure all content is compliant with aviation and data privacy standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Proven experience with LinkedIn campaigns, lead generation, and content creation. Skilled in Sales Navigator or similar B2B tools, and familiar with LinkedIn’s rules (credential-free delegation)
  • U.S. Client Experience: Comfortable with U.S. business culture and communication style.
