We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to elevate decision-making across our product and business teams with insightful, reliable, and actionable data.

In this role, you will manage a specific domain within our product and business areas, working closely with product and business managers as part of a dynamic team of Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers and Data Scientists. You’ll handle every aspect of the data value chain—from logging and modeling to analysis, reporting, and experimentation.

What You Will Do💡
  • Act as the primary analytics owner for a core domain, responding to data inquiries and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, instrument, and maintain business-critical KPIs and success metrics.
  • Translate complex business questions into structured, actionable insights through deep-dive analyses that uncover growth opportunities
  • Perform funnel, retention, and engagement analyses to better understand user behavior and product performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and product health.
  • Partner with Engineering to develop and maintain a robust event taxonomy and tracking framework, ensuring data consistency, completeness, and coverage
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions with statistical rigor.
  • Partner closely with Data Engineering to improve data quality, ensure reliable tracking, and contribute to designing scalable data models.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
  • Experience: 5+ years in quantitative analysis, solving problems using data, and providing business insights.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in SQL and BigQuery, with strong proficiency in Firebase Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Python or R for reproducible data analysis. Familiarity with data modeling, dimensional design, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to initiate and drive projects to completion across multiple teams with minimal guidance.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical content and analytical insights clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to craft compelling data-driven stories.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistics, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and various analysis types (descriptive, exploratory, and predictive).
  • Data Analysis Lifecycle: Command over the entire data analysis process including problem formulation, data auditing, analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and presentation.
  • Product Data: Familiarity with product data metrics (impressions, events) and product health measurements (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Education: BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent).
Who Will Excel❓
  • Certification in Data Science or a related field, which demonstrates a formal understanding of data science principles and practices.
  • Experience in B2C environments, which shows familiarity with consumer-focused data analysis and insights.
