Our Clinical Recruiting team is looking to add a Recruiter focused on hiring Mental Health Therapist in a market that will always be hiring, lots of offices open (IL) and two new growth states (NC and IL).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referrals.
  • Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. We aspire for every applicant to leave feeling valued and respected, whether the get the job, or not.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and present the top qualified candidate slate.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Build long term pipelines of talent for the hires we need today, and tomorrow. As one Provider nears capacity, we are ready to add in another.
  • Pre-close and close candidates with transparency to the business on likelihood to close of those we are ready to bring on.
  • It is recruiting, you know the drill.

  • Proven record of top performance.
  • Sourcing hunter. This is not a “post and pray” TA role. We want someone who gets out into the local community, builds campus relationships and sources beyond Indeed to fill open needs. You will fill roles via pumping the local team for referrals, sourcing and grassroots local community outreach efforts.  
  • Team player, will play any role if it helps the greater team.
  • A lifelong learner who believes in giving and receiving feedback to get better each day. We are all about continuous improvement on this team.
  • Organized & process-oriented.
  • Positive, professional and contributes talent with the larger team.
  • Experience driving selection decisions, interview process and hiring debriefs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Clinical/Healthcare/Provider professional recruitment experience.
  • Application tracking system utilization. Yes, we will expect you to enter recruiting life cycle information in our ATS, Workday Recruiting.
  • Knowledge of mental health space preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral. generation and marketing.
  • A realistic assessment of the best fit, for them and us.

Estimated Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + bonus & benefits
