This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - 50%
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement fixes for site speed, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
Lead our content strategy by performing keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to establish topical authority and enhance user experience.
Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through strategic outreach and relationship building to improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing regular reports on KPIs.
Stay current with Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices to ensure continued success.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC) - 50%
Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid search/display/video campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X.com and TikTok.
Develop and optimize campaigns utilizing a variety of formats, including Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, providing forecasts and reporting on key metrics such as CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance alongside an in-house CRO Specialist.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies for a unified search presence.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in both SEO and SEM/PPC.
Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content marketing, and link-building principles.
Hands-on experience managing significant budgets and complex campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the self-discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
