The Position

The T&E Compliance Analyst role is responsible for working with Roche employees all over the EMEA region in order to perform the Travel & Expense activities.

The opportunity


Everyday tasks are covering: claim processing, T&E compliance related ticket handling, checking all expense claims to be part of the payment against the local T&E policies and taking care of the financial posting fails.  In this role you will focus on:
 

  • Assess employee expense claims for compliance with internal policies, VAT regulations, and fraud prevention standards, documenting reviews in Concur.

  • Resolve integration issues between Concur and SAP, and escalate complex cases with recommendations for resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and affiliates to support T&E processes and deliver financial reporting support.

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including updates to compliance documentation and training materials.

  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, leading regular operational reviews and contributing to cross-functional satisfaction.

  • Support team development, sharing knowledge, onboarding new joiners, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

  • Contribute to project work, including process updates, implementation, and change communication.

 

 Who you are

 We are seeking an individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance/ Economics)

  • 2 + years of experience in relevant field (preferably in any finance or compliance related position)

  • Fluency in English and in German

  • Strong analytical skills and compliance mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Growth mindset and customer focus
