Overview

American Screening Corporation (ASC) is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, personally hit key performance indicators (KPIs), and help grow the team through strategic recruitment efforts. The manager will be responsible for meeting outbound call, appointment, demo, opportunity, daily sales, and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, ensuring both you and your team consistently meet ASC sales KPIs.
• Drive outbound calls, appointments, demos, and sales opportunities.
• Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a high-performing sales team.
• Provide coaching, support, and guidance to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the medical industry.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in recruiting and building sales teams.
