Position Title: Customer Service Representative (PT)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person.  The candidate will work with the customer and corporate partners to resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause and offering a solution. The position supports internal inquiries from store, warehouse and corporate personnel and reroutes information to the proper department head.  This position is part-time and can require weekends and extended hours during peak business periods.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, return exchanges and account updates accurately
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Document interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Support E-Commerce team by carefully packing and shipping merchandise to avoid damages

Qualifications


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers and customer service software (e.g. Zendesk)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work weekend during peak business periods
  • Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds
