Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in retail travel, preferably in the beauty or personal care sector. • Proven track record in international business development, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations • Strong experience in P&L ownership and strategic account management. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Requirements: • Strategy and execution for our professional hair care brands to expand presence across airport, cruise, and border duty-free and travel retail channels. • Travel retail strategy, develop compelling business case incl GTM and marketing strategy. • Drive commercial growth through strong partnerships, retail space planning, and high impact promotions. • Manage key accounts including duty-free operators, distributors, and airport authorities. • Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI driven decision making in partnership with VP. • Ensure brand excellence across assortments, messaging, and execution in all travel retail channels. • Leverage market insights from beauty, hair care, and global travel retail trends to guide strategy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory to deliver seamless operations.
