Responsibilities 🤓

Provide relevant information, analysis, and support for decision-making, presentations, and execution of technology initiatives.

Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including maintaining user permissions.

Administer the company VPN.

Manage monitoring tools related to infrastructure and costs.

Provide support to users.

Develop and maintain packaged service offerings to support business objectives.

Develop presentations and assets needed for sales enablement and standardized operation processes, both internally developed and in collaboration with external partners.

Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, technical enforcement, and regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Assist technical teams in company certification processes and troubleshooting technical issues.

Provide end-to-end support to cross-departmental initiatives.

Collaborate with external partners to enhance technological solutions and services.

Support research and development initiatives, and develop strategies to optimize the use of technology within the organization.

Ensure the effective integration of new technologies into existing company-wide systems.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of new software and hardware solutions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Required Skills 💻

University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level.

Experience working with SaaS services and cloud providers like AWS or similar.

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience with Python and Bash for automation and scripting tasks.

2+ years of experience in technology operations or support or sysadmin roles.

Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.

Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required.

Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.

Experience working with vendors or partners.

Familiarity with research and development processes in business.
