Our client is a successful company specialising in offering payment related services to the iGaming industry which is seeking a dynamic and experienced Payments Optimization Manager to enhance their team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the reliable, innovative, and comprehensive management of their clients' payment systems and operations. Your main objective will be to deliver exceptional services and solutions that align with their clients' payment strategies. Leveraging your expertise in payments, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and product teams to optimize processes, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of reliable, innovative, and comprehensive payment solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to align initiatives with their payment strategies and roadmaps.
Develop and maintain a compelling service value proposition that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Create, maintain, and enhance new services, functionalities, and expertise to support clients and internal teams.
Develop and update internal knowledge base documentation, templates, and procedures to ensure accurate and current information.
Generate and maintain client reports, dashboards, notifications, and alerts to provide timely insights and updates.
Escalate client issues to product teams and collaborate on resolution strategies.
Partner with product teams to contribute to proposition development and effective implementation strategies.
Organize and deliver comprehensive product training for clients to ensure optimal utilization of payment solutions.
Conduct audits, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Stay informed about the latest payment trends, industry developments, regulatory changes, and security enhancements.
Research and engage with various payment solutions in the market to maintain an up-to-date payment marketplace.
Define and document system improvement requirements to enhance scalability and reliability in payment processing.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in payments operations, optimization, or related roles, with a focus on client management.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the iGaming industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Payment IQ.
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry trends.
