This is a remote position.

SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help us convert our campaign plans into pipeline. You’ll be the go-to person for campaign execution, automation, and lead flow—making sure everything behind the scenes works so the team can focus on driving growth.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who understands how marketing tech stacks work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build, test, and launch email campaigns, nurture flows, and landing pages in HubSpot.
  • Manage workflows, lead scoring, and automation, keeping things clean and trackable.
  • Own list segmentation, data pulls, and uploads while maintaining data hygiene.
  • QA all the small things: form logic, lead routing, UTM tags, and links, making sure everything works as it should.
  • Automate and template the repetitive stuff so you spend less time rebuilding the basics and have more flexibility to get creative.
  • Work closely with teammates across marketing, sales, and channels to keep campaigns moving.
  • Build basic campaign reports and flag what’s working (or not) for fast decision-making and smart pivots.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing ops and campaign execution.
  • Deep familiarity with MarTech—preferably HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce (or similar).
  • Built campaigns, segmented lists, and designed workflows yourself.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and a troubleshooting mindset: you notice broken links, messy data, and missing tracking before anyone else.
  • Organize your own work and keep a project on track without being micromanaged.
  • Comfortable explaining systems or logic to someone who isn’t technical.
  • Nice to have:
  • Understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Experience with reporting tools (like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards—even as a consumer).
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution and tracking methods.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email tweaks or troubleshooting.
  • Light copy-editing and graphic skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
