About the Company

Our client, is a leading provider of pre-settlement legal funding for personal injury plaintiffs in the U.S. With a mission centered on speed, fairness, and transparency, Uplift empowers injured clients by helping them access the funds they need before their cases settle.

Role Overview

As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms. You'll manage incoming applications, review legal documentation, communicate with attorneys, and guide clients through each step of the funding process. Key Responsibilities

Client and Case Management

  • Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation
  • Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process

Document Review and Evaluation

  • Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions

Process and System Optimization

  • Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses
  • Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)
  • Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal case tracking tools
  • Prior experience in U.S.-based legal or insurance environments
  • Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus, but not required
