The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and creative marketer who will own qualified pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, scalable programs, and full-funnel marketing ops.

You're here to identify opportunities, build strategic plays (webinars, outbound, videos, co-marketing, paid ads, etc.), and make them happen end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the CEO, with full ownership of planning and executing campaigns across channels.

Location

This role is open to remote applicants based in Europe. Our headquarters are based in Brussels, Belgium, but we're a globally distributed team across Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Slovenia, Poland, India and the USA. If you're located in Brussels, you can enjoy a hybrid work arrangement!

What You’ll Actually Do

Strategy

  • Continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target segments
  • Spot campaign opportunities from customer data, sales insights, and market trends
  • Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Align closely with sales on lead qualification and target accounts

Campaigns

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, content, email, and outbound
  • Build lead nurturing workflows and account-based marketing (ABM) programs

Performance

  • Own pipeline generation targets and build programs that deliver
  • Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts.
  • Report on performance to the executive team.

Execution

  • Build tailored campaigns for specific personas and use cases across industries or verticals
  • Produce strategic content and assets needed to run campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales to align campaign timing, messaging, and lead follow-up
  • Run our marketing automation and CRM stack (Attio, Customer.io, Segment,…)
  • Lead collaboration with internal teams and freelancers to produce high-converting campaign assets
  • Work directly with the CEO on priorities, creative direction, and growth goals

Success Looks Like

In the first 3 months, you will:

  • Clarify our top 2–3 ideal customer profiles with data and insights
  • Launch your first campaign—from idea to execution—targeting a key segment
  • Build a simple marketing campaign pipeline for the upcoming quarter

In 6–12 months, you will:

  • Run 3–5 high-impact campaigns across different segments
  • Show measurable growth in qualified trials or sales conversations

Requirements

About You
  • 3 years in demand generation demand generation
  • Early to Growth stage startup experience [Seed-Series C experience] - not just executing against someone else’s plan
  • Proven track record driving qualified pipeline, MQLs, and campaign ROI
  • Executing marketing plans/campaigns with modern tools and AI
  • Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys, segmentation, and product positioning
  • Skilled at crafting strategic content and messaging that resonates with specific personas and drives action across the funnel
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Confident with tools like Attio, Google/LinkedIn Ads, Clearbit, Hotjar, and more
  • Experience running ABM and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Data-driven and experiment-minded—you test, learn, and optimize fast
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, remote startup environment
